Before you begin
The first question asks about your area of work. After that come questions belonging to that area, and six that are the same for everyone. You can step back at any point.
One question per screen. Some questions allow more than one answer; where they do, it says so.
Your answers run onto four axes: data maturity, process leverage, protection need, ability to operate.

Putting it in context
We built this check because most conversations about AI start at the same place: with the question of whether you are far enough along at all. Ten questions do not settle that — but they sort out what would be worth talking about, and they do it without you having to disclose anything first.
The check is deliberately built without AI. It calculates by rules we wrote down, and those rules are the same for every run. That is duller than a model and better for this purpose: the result can be followed, repeated, and never leaves your machine.
If the result hit something — or precisely if it did not: either way, a conversation settles more than another questionnaire.
