How it runs
It starts with a short email — or a phone call, if you prefer. That turns into a conversation by phone, or by video on request. Free of charge and without obligation. Afterwards it is clear whether there is a sensible task — and if not, we say so.
We look at data and workflows and deliver a written report — classification, prioritised use cases, data path recommendation, gap list and roadmap. Either at a fixed price or on a time-and-materials basis, whichever suits the scope better.
The roadmap turns into work on an actual project — as a limited first run following KEEL, as interim project management, or as a clearly bounded building block that we deliver.
