Enable your people

A hands-on workshop with real examples from your own business — scoped to your size and to what is being introduced. Afterwards your staff know how to use AI sensibly and safely.

Where it makes sense, we also build. But then a concrete, maintainable building block — not a large programme. And only once it is clear who will look after it afterwards.

A point that surprises many

The training obligation applies to small companies too.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since February 2025. It obliges companies to ensure sufficient AI literacy among all staff who use AI systems — regardless of company size. So anyone using AI has to demonstrably enable their people. That sounds like bureaucracy, but it is the cheapest opportunity to approach the topic in an orderly way: you meet an obligation and gain productivity at the same time.
