Work samples instead of a competence statement.

Two in-house applications from semiconductor test. They show how we work and where we come from — including for readers whose own field is a different one. Both run entirely in the browser.

STDF analyzer

Reads test data from semiconductor production and prepares it: wafer map, bin and yield analysis, parametric distributions with Cpk, per-site evaluation, multi-file operation. Bilingual, with a glossary of terms.

ATE configuration and interface advisor

Automated test equipment for semiconductor test is assembled anew for every device to be tested. The advisor works out the resource balance, expansion limits, channel mapping and the resulting requirements on the test interface.

No file leaves your computer. Both applications work exclusively locally in the browser — no server, no interface, no transfer. They were developed with AI support and run without any AI in operation. The same stance on data sovereignty applies in client projects.

Questions about the tools — or about your test setup?

Whether a tool like these would help in your setup, and what it would take, can be settled in a few sentences. A short message is enough.
